They rant, occasionally elate, and throw untold numbers of cash toward this  venture.  <\/p><p>On this elite level, they can\u2019t play, coach, manage or operate the success of their team. But they can root, and do so every year optimistically. With a \u201ccurrency of hope.\u201d <\/p><p>All for one day, penultimately <span class=\"npf_color_chandler\"><b>WIN \ud83c\udfc6<\/b><\/span>!
